Constructon projects

From the design of the facility, through the preparatory work, to the rough and fine work and acceptance of the facility, we realize all phases as needed by the client. All you need to do is contact us with requests.

We are recognized by the turnkey construction system, which includes the execution and completion of all 5 construction phases of building. 

The first (I.) phase of construction includes site preparation, excavation of the construction pit and laying the foundation of the building or foundation slab. This is the phase that begins immediately after obtaining a building permit (GD) and preparing the entire project for implementation (PZI). 

The second (II.) Phase of construction means the erection of the basement, in case it is envisaged by the project or the construction of all underground installation lines - water supply, sewerage, electricity, irrigation and lighting. 

This is followed by the third (III) phase of construction, in which the load-bearing walls of all floors, mezzanine slabs and the roof of the house are being worked on, and all the final roof works are included. The next step is the installation of carpentry (windows, doors), the so-called, extended 3rd phase of construction. 

The fourth (IV.) Phase includes all internal and external plastering works (walls, ceilings, facades), installation of partition walls after the completion of rough distribution of all necessary installations through walls, floors and ceilings. 

The last phase is the fifth (V.), which includes all finishing works of interior design such as fine wiring, ie, finishing works around installations, installation of sanitary equipment and lighting, room doors, glazing, painting works and installation of final floor and wall coverings.
